Q. What is an U Code?

A. A U Code is a simple code promoted by fundraising organisations to their members and supporters. People can enter a U Code, without the need for a member profile and still donate to the organisation they wish to support.

Q. Can I change my U Code?

A. At present, you are unable to change your U Code once registered. There will be an option to do this in the future through your member profile.

Q. Why should I register as a Member?

A. A registered member has their delivery and billing details retained for ease of repurchase. They are also able to update their own profile on the UNZ website, as well access their order history. On top of this, there will be other specials and giveaways dedicated to members only.

Q. 'I've forgotten my password - what do I do?'

A. Go to 'Existing Members Log in'. Simply click on the link displayed forgotten password. Your password will be sent to your registered email address automatically.

Q. 'What if I change my email address?'

A. Just send an email to info@unzwater.com and we can change your stored details in our database.

A. Your information will never be sold, given to or shared with a third party.

Q. How secure is online shopping?

A. UNZ uses secure servers and secure socket layer (SSL) data transfer for strong encryption of all customer information. Technical measures employed by UNZ are best e-retail practice against loss, alteration or unauthorised third party access to customer information.

Q.How does the 'Partnering UNZ' programme work?

A. Organisations affiliated to UNZ through the 'Partnering UNZ' programme are supplied with a U Code to promote to their members. This code is unique to their organisation. People are then encouraged to purchase water on the website. They will be prompted to enter this code at checkout. For additional member benefits, they can register as a UNZ Member by completing the registration form and become a registered shopper. Forgetting the U Code doesn't prevent shopping.

Q.What are 'UNZ member' benefits?

A. Enjoy a faster checkout next time you shop. We save your delivery information and contact details to a member profile (with the exception of your credit card details which we do not hold). Plus . . .

Q.How do I create an auto-ship order?

A. You are offered this option within the shop. Simply check the box beside 'I would like this order to be a repeat auto-ship' at Checkout. This way we can arrange for UNZ water to automatically delivered to you either weekly, fortnightly or monthly as you desire. You can stop this standing order anytime by emailing us, or calling our toll free lines.

Q.What is our privacy policy?

A. UNZ undertakes to treat your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Code.

We will never trade, sell, knowingly share or otherwise pass your personal information to a third party for commercial use.

UNZ is committed to:

  • maintaining confidentiality of customer information
  • protecting privacy of customers, and
  • treating customer information responsibly.

Personal information provided online (email, tel, physical addresses) is used for the purpose of fulfilling orders and occasional emails about product offers and charity work. We ask your permission to do this during the purchase process and you have the opportunity to decline.
