Terms and Conditions 1. By completing this entry form you are deemed to be bound and have agreed to the terms and conditions of the competition. 2. All prizes stated are non transferable and not redeemable for cash. 3. Entrants must keep their proof of purchase (till receipt and neck tag with unique code on it). Prize-winners may be asked to present proof of purchase. 4. You may enter via the website as many times as you like but each entry must use a new unique entry code. 5. A unique code may only be used once. 6. This competition is not available to employees of Living Water Enterprises; Aquaceuticals; participating New World, Pak’nSave and Four Square stores and their immediate families. 7. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is in breach of the terms and conditions of the promotion. 8. Winners will be notified by phone or email. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 9. If for any reason, this competition is not capable of running as planned for reasons including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel the competition. 10.
